B.A. Dip Ed. Dip.Adult Psychotherapy. ANZAP
I began my psychotherapy training at the Ashburn Clinic and after completion continued with advanced studies in Self Psychology. I chose this psychodynamic interpersonal model of psychotherapy because I found it to be particularly helpful in assisting my clients to restore a sense of personal identity and well-being.
As one’s sense of self becomes stronger, people report on a growing feeling of enjoyment of life and being able to access their own unique potential and talents.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing an environment where it feels safe to explore the difficult issues and challenges my clients are presently facing.
It will always be the client’s choice what they wish to talk about. I see it as my role to facilitate the process where people are able to say what is on their mind, and understand themselves better.
